Horary (Divinatory) Astrology Readings

Horary Astrology, also known as Divinatory Astrology, is used when a person has a question about some path or project. One has had some idea but is not sure about whether to proceed with it. So an astrology reading may be taken about the matter. The astrological chart is taken from when the client first asks the astrologer about the matter.

The rising sign, which changes every two hours, is of great importance in Horary Astrology. Also very important are the positions of the planets within the 12 Houses, which also change every two hours.

The system which is used is the Indian one, which is very detailed, and which comes out of ancient scriptural texts, some of which are thousands of years old.

We should add that there is another way to calculate a horary chart, for when a plan is already largely in place, and already has an exact execution time. The method based on the time of contacting the astrologer is for when there is just an idea, but not many details. But when more details are available, including an exact starting time, then the chart should be based on the planned execution time.
